Curling

The Spiritwood Curling Club provides support and brings programming to the new curling rink, boasting four sheets of ice and plenty of comfortable viewing space. With regular league curling and plenty of bonspiels, the Curling Club hosts high-calibre provincial high school athletic competitions as well as regular curling for seniors and kids. Overhead cameras enhance the spectator experience, with bar facilities in the Mezzanine and comfortable leather couches to kick back and “arm-chair coach” your favourite rink! Join us in March for the annual Rocks, Ribs and Roars fundraiser – a fine dining evening out, complete with entertainment and fun.

Minor Ball

Spiritwood’s Minor Ball Club works hard to maintain the ball diamonds and the grounds at SAD SAAC (Spiritwood and District Sports and Agriculture Complex) Park. The club features 3 newly updated ball diamonds, a walking trail, a kitchen, and a modern washroom facility, new in 2023.

Hockey / Skate Club

During the fall and winter, the facility’s users include Spiritwood Minor Hockey and the Spiritwood Skating Club. The arena is also home to various recreation programs such as recreational hockey tournaments, shinny, drop-in hockey, and public skating.

We now have Live Barn so you can watch the games from out of town. Visit the Rec Centre website:spiritwoodrecreation.com

Bowling

The Rec Centre is also home to a six-lane bowling alley which offers fun for all ages. The alleys can be rented for birthday parties, group gatherings, or on a drop-in basis. We also offer leagues for more competitive bowlers, as well as happy hour specials. Plus, get deals on bowling and food on Toonie Tuesdays!

For more information on rentals, drop-in times, or prices, please contact our Recreation Director at spr@sasktel.net or call 306-883-2088.
